Then simply install BOINC to the new drive. Rename your BOINC folder in the old Hard drive. So I am thinking that maybe I did not install properly. Next from start menu launch boinc and says trying to commninace, but cannot. So I start task manager and force seti + boinc closed. Next I tried to add to sytem tray, but could not. Then I closed boinc manager to system tray or atleast I thought. ![]() I have old hard drive installed with old boinc directory intact.īoinc manager popped up, showing cpu processing. So I have a fresh install of windows 7 64 on ssd. I just upgraded my pc, got new motherboard, cpu and ssd. ![]()
